An autumn wander of yoga, fungi, and wild discovery
Saturday 11th October | 2–4pm | Bubbenhall
Join us for a slow autumn wander through field and woodland as we search for the season’s treasures - fly agarics glowing like fairy lanterns, delicate russulas tucked in the moss, and hedgerows heavy with autumn fruits and seeds.
We’ll begin with a gentle outdoor yoga flow to ground into the season, then head off together for a guided foraging walk. Heading deeper into the fungi world—touching, smelling, and marvelling at their strange, magical beauty.
Expect to meet the forest’s hidden characters, learn about spore-sprinkled caps and underground webs of mycelium connecting everything beneath our feet. This is an invitation to notice, to connect, and to celebrate the wild abundance of autumn.
We’ll close with warming tea, seasonal snacks, and shared conversation - rooting what we’ve learned and felt back into community.
