🕯️✨ Imbolc - Community Gathering - Sunday 1st February 1-3pm - Suggested Donation £10

£10.00

Imbolc marks the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox and signals the first stirrings of spring as the Earth awakens from winter.

It’s traditional at this time of year to honour the Goddess Brigid by making Brigid's crosses, lighting white candles, planting seeds, writing poetry and visiting sacred wells.

We plan to meet at the Holy Well in Southam, an ancient place of healing waters - where our ancestors have gathered for a thousand years to hydrate and cleanse.

We’ll spend time at the well to light candles and share a few breaths together, possibly dip a toe into the well and take a few nourishing sips. Thens we’ll leisurely stroll across the countryside and breathe in the fresh February air.

If you feel called you can bring a white candle to light and honour the well, we also welcome poets to share poems, or encourage you to write some meaningful words to leave as an offering. We’ll share a bit of info about what seeds we are planting in our garden at the moment for any of you aspiring to grow your own food and answer any allotment questions you have!

We encourage everyone to bring a snack or drink to share together on the day for full community warming glow!

Suggested donation £10 - please drop us a message if you’d like to book on but funds are a barrier.
